Dinners have joined the Telegraph Pulse beat since January. We've been thinking, debating, planning for a long time so that we could not only cook great food for you, but there was something more to it.
You who come here regularly know that the Telegraph is all about the experience. It's the emotions associated with the building, the varied feelings of exhibitions, films, parties, openings, and it's important to us at Pulse that you enjoy your time here too. From your morning coffee to your evening drink.
When it gets dark outside, even Pulse dims its lights. The soft light from the lamps on the tables is all about focusing on the company you're here with and concentrating on the food and drink. Intimacy at the table is provided by the volume of the music, where you can hear yourself but not the surrounding tables. You can enjoy a romantic dinner as well as a business meeting or gathering with friends. Everything we bring to your table has gone through a process of careful selection and preparation. We'll leave the details of our unique syrups for lemonades and drinks, wine selection, and breakfast or lunch menu preparations for another time. For now, let's get to those dinners under the baton of England's chef, Gavin Lewis.
What menu has Gavin prepared for you? A loin of wild boar, for example, or a beef steak made from aged low sirloin in a novel presentation.
Vegetarians will be in for a treat, as will people who are allergic to gluten or lactose.
What else? As our evening menu is changing like the afternoon one, we refer you HERE to the current menu.
But let's not forget to mention the chef's plate dessert in the form of Jerusalem artichoke ice cream, which is both refreshing and surprising, accompanied by compote pear, velvety creme anglaise with bay leaf and sea buckthorn dust.
Words can convey a lot, but you'd better come see for yourself on your own taste buds.
We'll be happy to make a reservation for you at +420 773 482 293, online, but we'll certainly be happy to seat you even if you decide spontaneously.
We look forward to seeing you.
