Andrej has a secret plan. Not to do stupid things, not to go anywhere, to spend time with his grandmother and most importantly - not to climb tall trees when drunk, from which he then cannot climb down. One day he unexpectedly meets the woman of his destiny – Misha – and they start talking over a glass of Fanta. The fight for their fragile love in this crazy world begins!
The sensitive and at the same time sympathetically crude film brings an authentic perspective on the search for one's own identity, the vulnerability and awkwardness of first feelings. With ease and humor, it balances between chilling reality and warm hope. Martina Buchelová's feature debut brings an original and extraordinarily human perspective on the concept of fateful female characters. Míša is not the coldly calculating seductress from classic genre films, but a lively, authentic and unpredictable personality who can pull Andrej out of his inner shell. The film received the Special Jury Mention at the Karlovy Vary IFF for its exceptional sensitivity, gentle humor and natural acting performances.

FEMMES FATALES. Fatal women. The kind that are not forgotten.
The sixth year of the Telegraph Film Festival belongs to women in front of and behind the camera. Film heroines and their authors. Directors, artists and illustrators of different generations. Some have already made a significant impact on the history of Czech film, others are coming with contemporary work and new themes. Each different. Each in their own way.
