Why are we starting a club? Because there are people who visit the Telegraph frequently. Sometimes less often, sometimes more often. But often. And they like the Telegraph. And we like them. That's why we've decided to set up a loyalty scheme for anyone who could use some of those rewards.
Who can join our club? Everyone! Basic membership costs only 200 Kč per year. We've designed all memberships so that there is something for everyone. Whether you're an art lover or love good coffee, you're sure to find something to suit you.
What discounts do we offer? All members receive unlimited free admission to all exhibitions at the Telegraph Gallery from us. And depending on your level of membership, you'll get through discounts in the cafe, free entry to selected events, to an original Telegraph by a contemporary artist completely free. Where to join the club? Either drop in directly to the Telegraph's reception, where our colleagues will deal with you on the spot. Or, if you don't want to be sorted, check out our eshop and buy your membership there.
How to claim discounts? It's easy as pie [plesk]. Registered members get a membership card from us with their name on it. They just present the card when claiming the discount directly at the Telegraph building. To apply the discount in the eshop, just scan the QR code on the card and use the unique personal code at checkout.
WHEN is the membership valid? Exactly one year from purchase. The expiration date will be displayed when you scan the QR code on your membership card. Membership does not renew automatically, it must always be purchased again. But you will keep the card.
Can I give the membership to someone? Sure! Just tell us their name when you sign up or include it in the message when you order on the store. But with registration always comes the fact that we email members the Telegraph newsletter. Please make sure the recipient agrees to this.
Are there any restrictions? We play fair with our visitors. And we believe they do with us. However, we would like to point out that membership is non-transferable and that discounts and benefits can only be availed by registered members whose name is stamped on the card and displayed after scanning the QR code. It is also not allowed to share personal discount codes. In the event of card misuse, we reserve the right to terminate membership without refund. Full terms and conditions HERE.
