What can you do to appear natural and relaxed to enhance your credibility at work and in your personal life?
Do you know the boundaries of your "comfort zone" and work with them consciously?
Are you curious about the difference between "natural charisma" and "constructed image"?
Do you know how you appear - at first glance - to strangers and how you can influence that?
Do you want to feel free and relaxed in your body (no matter what you look like...)?
If you are interested in the answer to any of these questions and more, come for inspiration on how to learn to control the disturbing elements of your inner feelings in outward expression in stressful situations.
Here, through her unique method, actress Katerina Janečková will show you how the body and mind can work together harmoniously to become a full tool for a natural and relaxed performance that will hold the attention of your audience and enhance the credibility of your speech. You will find that effort and insecurity = cramp. How we are or feel/perceive ourselves in different environments may not be the same as how we affect unfamiliar surroundings.
Whether you're into acting, working in leadership positions, or just interested in personal development... up to 90% of our (natural) communication is done through the perception of body language.
In this interactive lecture, you will get hints and tips from a professional actress who has combined her extensive experience in the world of acting and personal development into a unique teaching method. Its strength is not only in theoretical knowledge of the topics, but thanks to the possibility of personal experience, it offers a conscious grasp of them that will take your communication and confidence to a new level.
