In partnership with the District Chamber of Commerce, the TTalk debate series invites interesting personalities from the world of business, culture and public life to the Telegraph. The guest of the January TTalk will be a political scientist, head of the Department of Political Science and European Studies at the Faculty of Arts of Palacký University in Olomouc. He specializes in elections and electoral behaviour. How does he think the January presidential election will turn out? Has the nature of democratic elections changed in any way since the Velvet Revolution? And what does he think about the direct election of the president? What was his path to becoming an academic?
