The guest for February will be sports psychologist and teacher from Palacký University, Mr. Michal Šafář. He was already the head of the Department of Social Sciences in Kinanthropology or the chairman of the Association of Sport Psychologists of the Czech Republic and since 2018 he has been the dean of the Faculty of Physical Culture at Palacký University. His expertise is in the field of sports talent development, mental training, achieving peak performance, psychological preparation and mental health in elite sport. As a sports psychologist, he also focuses on these topics in his clinical practice. How does he view the development of generations of athletes? How is their health viewed? And how has Olomouc changed in his eyes? TTalk will answer this and much more!
