The guest for March will be David Kopřiva, internet pioneer, entrepreneur and founder of the Olomouc.cz portal, which has been mapping events in the city and its surroundings since the 1990s. He was at the beginning of the Internet in the Czech Republic, was one of the first connection providers and in 1997 registered the now iconic domain Olomouc.cz, which he built into the most important regional online medium. He also contributed to the development of the city's cultural overview, including the acquisition of the magazine When-Where-What, and has long been involved in the development of quality local content and working with the editorial staff. How has the internet, media and Olomouc itself changed? How do you build a long-term functional city portal and where is the local online space heading? And how has Olomouc changed in its eyes?
