The April edition of Olomouc English Comedy will present two professional comedians from across the Atlantic!
Nick Burden is a headliner from Ottawa, Canada who is currently on his international tour. His quirky observations are mixed with a no-nonsense, "tell it like it is" attitude. He is known for his interaction with the audience and his outrageous but charming personality. After winning numerous comedy competitions, Nick has performed at the Hubcap comedy festival, performed for Sirius XM radio and toured across Canada, the United States and Europe.
Erin Crouch is an American comedian who lives in Germany and craves controversy. She has moderated, performed and appeared at the Manchester Women in Comedy Festival (2021), the Boom Chicago comedy festival in Amsterdam, the Tallinn Fringe Festival in Estonia (2022) and the Utrecht Comedy Festival (2023). In collaboration with the U.S. Army, she hosts a monthly comedy showcase on military bases and in 2022 she toured Budapest, Istanbul and Prague with English comedy. She recently opened for Enisse Amani, the first German comedian to have her own special on Netflix.
The show will be hosted by Joanna Sio, an Olomouc stalwart and comedian originally from Hong Kong.
