It would be hard to think of a better brand. Polish reporter Mariusz Szczygieł called his book Gottland. A world without God is not possible, and so in the most atheistic country in the world, such as the Czech Republic, a 67-year-old star plays an important role. Will this offend the reader as an effect too cheap? After reading the book, probably not. A waterfall of information and context about the Czech Republic in the 20th century that you may not have known about turns this journalistic bestseller into an almost detective story, but a very humorous "page-turner."
