This film a follow-up to the Signal IV: The Eighties exhibition project from 2024, which featured a selection of non-mainstream works from the Robert Runtak Collection at the Telegraph Gallery. The film composes a vivid mosaic of personal stories of the artists, curators and owner of the collection, while revealing how the defiance and desire for free creation at the time shaped a new visual sensibility that still resonates in the context of Czech culture today.
