For Telegraph Club members, we present the next edition of our exclusive format – creative workshops!

What does lithography have in common with Coca-Cola? TLGRPH CLB members have the exclusive opportunity to try out an unconventional printmaking technique! Kitchen lithography is an experimental printing method that uses aluminum foil as a printing matrix. It is etched in Coca-Cola, which, thanks to its acidity, prepares the plate for printing. The result is a unique print created through a process that requires neither a traditional lithographic stone nor complex workshop equipment.

During the workshop, you will experience the entire process from the initial drawing to the final print. You will learn the basic principles of lithography while having plenty of room to experiment with the texture of the imprint and the artistic possibilities of this unconventional technique. No prior printmaking experience is necessary – the workshop is open to both complete beginners and those who have worked with printmaking before.

The workshop will be led by Slovak visual artist, producer, and curator Erika Kovačičová. She graduated from the Department of Printmaking and Drawing at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Ostrava, where she focused primarily on traditional print techniques and drawing. In her artistic practice, she works with drawing, printmaking, photography, and the medium of language and text. She explores psychological phenomena such as anxiety and fear, as well as themes of memory, identity, and personal experience. Since 2022, she has been working as a producer at the Telegraph Gallery in Olomouc, where she contributes to the exhibition program, artist residencies, and public events.

We provide all materials – all you need to bring is a creative mood and your TLG CLB card.

The event is open exclusively to TLG CLB members.

Workshop capacity is limited; registration is required by September 3, 2026. The registration link is available in the September Telegraph Club newsletter.
