Colin (Harry Melling) lives a routine life in the London suburbs. His days are filled with work, his evenings are spent performing in a bar with a singing group and romantic adventures are in short supply. But that changes when shy Colin is approached in a bar by Ray (Alexander Skarsgård), a mysteriously seductive member of a biker gang. But Ray isn't looking for a conventional relationship. Harry Lighton's directorial debut tells a tender love story with gentle humour in a BDSM setting, enveloped in the noise of high-speed, supercharged machines. The film has resonated strongly since its screening at the Cannes Film Festival, where it took home the Best Screenplay award.
