The guest of the August TTalk will be Oliver Pape, a Czech chef, gastronomic creator and lecturer who drew attention to himself by participating in the MasterChef Czech Republic competition. He comes from Šumperk, spent part of his life abroad and combines his experience in gastronomy with an emphasis on exercise, spending time in nature and a healthy lifestyle. After working at the Entrée restaurant in Olomouc, he began to devote himself to his own projects, experiential cooking and educational events, in which he presents a modern approach to food based on quality ingredients, creativity and the connection of gastronomy with personal development. Where does he go to eat? What is the Olomouc gastronomic scene like? How has Olomouc changed in his eyes? TTalk will answer this and much more!
