A walk through the forest is no boring pastime. The Red Table fall edition will take you in a single evening from the edge of the forest through the mist, moss, and tangle of roots to a clearing you’d never find on your own. Each of the seven courses is a marker along the path—if you stray from them, you might get lost. The menu, crafted from local ingredients, is complemented by precise visual and auditory elements that will transport you deep among the trees.
